Polski Kot, as part of the project CoMe (Community of Memory), is looking for testimonies of refugees who in the last two years have crossed one of the borders of Poland: Ukrainian, Belarusian, Russian and Lithuanian.
The program is aimed at Italian secondary schools and young adults from 18 to 30 years, who will go to Krakow to get historical knowledge in order to understand the present.
The main focus of the project is to reflect on the contemporary migration phenomenon in Poland and Italy, on the living conditions of refugees, and on the requirements and procedures for admission to a new country.
This collection of reflections, experiences, and opinions will be read by a group of young Italians during the first edition of the project, which will be held on January 22 in Krakow.
